Processing Time

The time needed to make and prepare your order for dispatch varies depending on the item.  Please check individual product listings for details.

Custom Orders

I welcome custom orders!  If you have a particular fabric, colour combination or design in mind, please email me at minicottagecreations@gmail.com to discuss your ideas.

Ordering from Overseas

International orders are processed through my Etsy shop, where you can view my products and available delivery options.

Please note that customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country.

Packaging

I use recycled or recyclable packaging wherever possible. ♻️

Delivery

Free UK delivery is included with every order.

Orders are normally dispatched using Royal Mail Tracked 48, although alternative delivery services may occasionally be used.

Care Instructions

For most fabric furnishings, I recommend gentle spot cleaning with a damp cloth where necessary.  Please avoid soaking the fabric or using harsh cleaning products.

Cancellations and Returns

Cancellation requests: Within 24 hours of purchase.

Contact me to discuss returns: Within 3 days of delivery.

Return items: Within 5 days of return confirmation.

Conditions of return: Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If an item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer may be responsible for any loss in value.

Customs and Import Taxes

International buyers are responsible for any applicable customs duties and import taxes. Mini Cottage Creations is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
